Informal Interviews Near You

By now you have read through our information pack and will be keen to take matters further. Before any decisions can be made by either party, we believe it is important to have a one-to-one meeting. This is your chance to meet us and to ask any outstanding questions. It is also our opportunity to assess your suitability and provide the best possible advice about your potential new career. It is not in our best interests to recruit unsuitable trainees, so you can be sure of an honest opinion. We need committed individuals who will enjoy their new career.

Please Involve your Partner or Spouse

Often career changes involve partners or spouses. If you have a partner or spouse, or indeed any other family member or friend who is taking an interest in your proposed career change, and whose opinion you value, then please feel free to bring them along to the meeting. We will welcome them into the discussion.

We interview regularly at a large number of locations nationwide as shown in the next section. We usually interview at jobcentres or other suitable recruitment locations. When you have identified a location, simply telephone our customer helpline on 0800 840 3503 (freephone). If none of the venues are suitable for you, we can often make alternative arrangements. If successful at interview we will make a guaranteed training position offer to you in writing very soon after the meeting. We then give you an unlimited amount of time in which to decide. We don’t mind if you decide not to go ahead - it is better to make the correct decision at the outset than to have to cancel training and job placement commitments at a later date. Once you have decided to go ahead we will be able to make arrangements to start your training within a matter of days.
